We use assisted stretches to focus on body mechanics and common physical imbalances.  We address these asymmetries & guide you through a series of therapeutic movements that will have you moving well and feeling your best!

Prenatal and postnatal yoga can have many benefits for pregnant women and new mothers.

Prenatal yoga can help relieve pregnancy aches and pains, improve sleep, and increase energy levels. It can also help with posture, body awareness, and preparing for labor and childbirth. Prenatal yoga can also help train muscles for safe childbirth and faster recovery after giving birth.

Postnatal yoga can help new mothers reconnect with their bodies after giving birth. It can help restore strength and flexibility, improve relaxation and mental well-being, and support healing processes. Postnatal yoga can also help reduce irritability and anger, increase energy, lower blood pressure, and reduce muscle tension.
