Owner of Elm Street Yoga

After years of coming back to yoga for different reasons depending on the season of life, Jackie decided to become a certified yoga instructor. After completing her initial 250hr certification from Aura Wellness Center, it was obvious that she wasn’t going to stop there! Jackie soon dove head first into yoga studies, finding a favorite area of focus in Yoga for Women’s Health.

Having three daughters of her own, Jackie knows the significance of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. Finding this new love and appreciation for yoga, Jackie received a certification from Yoga Medicine in Women’s Health and became certified in Pre & Postnatal yoga to offer more to those women who need it most. Jackie loves to use her space and classes to promote a sense of community, upholding and empowering women through all phases of life.

Instructor & Stretch Therapist

Chronic back pain led her to yoga back in 2008. The practice started as a way to relieve muscle tension and postural issues linked to her Scoliosis but quickly began to shift her everyday approach to living. After practicing for several years and fully experiencing its undeniable benefits she completed her 200hr teacher training at Health Yoga Life in Boston, MA.

Since then Kristen has continued her studies to complete her 500 hr certification through Yoga Medicine as a Registered Therapeutic Specialist. Through Yoga Medicine she completed additional Prenatal yoga and myofascial release courses to better support her community. She has completed additional trainings in Yoga For Scoliosis & Back Care under the guidance of Elise Browning Miller.

Her ever-growing passion for bringing relief to her students has led her to create classes that meet students where they’re atCreating a space for people to learn the tools they need to take their health & well being back into their own hands.

Meet Ana

Meditation + Movement Instructor


Ana is passionate about guiding others toward a holistic approach to wellness that honors both the mind and the body. After experiencing the profound impact meditation had on her own life, she completed 150 hours of training to become a Chopra Certified Meditation Instructor through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Ana supports her students in establishing or deepening a meditation practice that feels accessible, grounding, and sustainable — helping cultivate greater calm, clarity, and connection in their everyday lives.

 

To further integrate mind and body, Ana is also certified through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor (CGFI). She weaves in gentle stretching and similar modalities to help release tension, support the nervous system, and improve flexibility — creating a practice that feels both restorative and empowering.

 

As a corporate lawyer and mom of two tween/teen boys, Ana understands the many demands placed on all of us. She is passionate about sharing simple, effective self-care practices that can be realistically integrated into busy lives and sustained for years to come.
